In a state of disbelief, I called Rod as we were faced with an inhabitable property, a fixed mortgage and an insurance policy that was not going to cover the rebuilding of the foundations. We cannot thank Rod enough, he worked alongside us for 7 months to negotiate with our insurance company and the banks to get us back on our feet and finance the rebuilding of our property.
