We were recommended to Rod as we needed to refinance. To say I was hesitant is an understatement as our previous experience with brokers was less than favourable. As complete rookies when it came to purchasing a home, we were given Rod’s number along with a glowing recommendation. From the moment we met, Rod has always been a voice of calm reassurance for us. Our application was tricky. I was on maternity leave during the covid pandemic, returning to an industry which has been pretty badly impacted (aviation). We had plenty of hurdles to jump and many stressful nights, but every step of the way, Rod guided us and reassured us.
