Gather supporting documents and complete the application form

Receive “pre-approval”

Organise building contracts with your lender

Wait to receive unconditional approval

Collate, complete and return various mortgage and legal documents to your lender

Organise council permits, plans, insurance and send completed copies to your lender

Confirm settlement with your lender

Follow up all parties to ensure settlement will occur
